At Modern Chandelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fixture isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack With Care

  Place the chandelier in its original box with all internal protective padding, crystals, and hardware to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
